Corporates, Privates & Schools
Essence of Living offers Yoga, Pilates and Forest Bathing for individuals, corporations and schools on the Gold Coast. Please note, Forest bathing is capped at 20 people max. We can facilitate these private or group sessions either in your own home, workplace, function room or school.
We are flexible with both days and times and your teacher will ensure you have a fun, safe and fulfilling session which caters to your individual or group goals and intentions. We also cater for group retreats (price on application).
PRIVATE & CORPORATE SESSIONS
Book a Yoga, Meditation, Pilates, Barre, Yin class or a Forest Bathing session with our highly trained instructors.
Rates for a session up to 1 hour:
- 1-2 participants $150
- 3-5 participants $220
- 6-10 participants $330
- 11-20 participants $440
- 21-30 participants $550
- 31-40 participants $660
- 41-50 participants $770
- 51+ participants $880

SCHOOLS
We offer Yoga, Pilates, Mindfulness and Meditation sessions for all ages from Primary school to High school. Supporting different stages of physical, mental and emotional development.
We can provide customised programs to suit your student wellness program and timelines. Giving your students the tools and techniques to become self-aware, and self- regulate during times of stress and anxiety now and into the future.
$220/hr for up to 30 students.Â
Essence of Living has been part of the Active After School Community program in conjunction with the Australian Government. School clients included All Saints Anglican School, The Southport School, Trinity Primary School, Ashmore Primary School and more.
Extras:
- We come to you: We can come to your location at no extra cost if it is less than 10km from Gold Coast Hinterland. There is a $15 travel fee for locations more than 10km from the Gold Coast Hinterland.
-Â Mat hire:Â We have 20+ mats available for hire. There is a $20 base rate for hiring mats to cover the teacher's time in picking these up and bringing them to you, plus an additional $5 per mat.
-Â Longer sessions:Â We can host longer sessions including Wellness Events, please enquire for a quote.

Cancellation Policy:
- 24hrs+ notice for cancellation is required to avoid penalties.
- 12h-24hrs notice: 50% of the class cost will be charged.
- Less than 12 hrs notice: full class cost will be charged.
