What do the 4 weeks look like?
We’ll be detoxing every area of our lives, not just our tummies! Our 3-Day Detox Meal Plan and our Weekly Movement Class Suggestions will detox our physical body, while our soul work will encourage an emotional, mental and energetic detox, and a detox of our environment!
'Reconnect & Love'
After creating space in our lives by letting go of things that no longer serve us, we call and invite in connection and love. We’ll use this week to connect back in with ourselves, finding deep self-love, as well as inviting love into all other areas of our life.
In the third week we fully realise and find deep gratitude for all of our blessings and the love that constantly surrounds us. This week we vibrate in the frequency of gratitude!
We finish off with a great big sparkle! Getting you all prepped and ready to continue to live the life of your dreams, surrounded by abundance in all areas of your life – abundance in happiness, love, joy, time, wealth and material possessions! We align ourselves with abundance, realising our true power to manifest the life of our dreams!

"I found the 4-week Holistic Health and Happiness Challenge a refreshing change from my normal routine. I loved the detox in the first 3 days and found it surprisingly easy to follow. It gave me a much needed reminder to start my day with fluid and to keep hydrated during the day as I struggle to drink enough water. The nutritional videos were incredibly enlightening - I learnt so much and enjoyed making the recipes. It was wonderful having access to such an incredible variety of EOL classes, from Pilates and flow, through to yin and meditation.
