Join Michelle, in collaboration with GCCC Active & Healthy Programme, for her 'Family Forest Bathing'.

This Active & Healthy Family Forest Bathing session will awaken your little ones imagination in nature & inspire creative play using the 5 elements.

It is a sensory experience encouraging each child to build an authentic & personal relationship with the forest that feels natural & true for them.

All family members & friends are welcome, with no experience or fitness level needed!

When: Saturday 24th January 2026 | 9am - 10am
