Not your average workshop. Johannes brings together WHM theory and practice, and also introduces other modalities with the support of a strong team of experienced facilitators. You will certainly gain additional tools that you can incorporate in your daily practice:
WHM Theory: Three pillars of the method (1) Breathing Technique, (2) Cold Exposure and (3) Commitment. This will also include a discussion on immune system, inflammation, the science of stress, and brown fat activation – includes an overview of the science and various scientific research.
WHM Practice: Dive deep into the experience as we apply the theory into a guided breath work session, mindset training and cold exposure through ice baths.

Johannes Egberts is a certified WHM instructor, Oxygen Advantage trainer, free-diving coach and yoga teacher based on the northern beaches of Sydney. Johannes lives and breathes the Wim Hof Method and has worked with and studied under a myriad of experts in the field of health and wellness. Johannes also works directly with Wim and speaks on the WHM world tour.
