Ever wonder if you’re doing your pilates exercises correctly? Ever wonder if you’re feeling things in the right area? Ever just want to put your hand up and ask a question but struggle to find space between cues to do so? In this workshop we will go through common Pilates exercises with precision and detail. Slower set ups, slower paced exercises, modifications and options to either increase or decrease intensity as well as lots of cues to help you make a deeper connection between your body and your mind.

Some of you will already know Jack from the four years he spent teaching Pilates and Barre at Essence of Living. Jack was a professional dancer with The Australian Ballet before his transition to teaching. Since moving to Sydney at the end of 2018, Jack has furthered his studies in both Pilates and anatomy and is very keen to share his knew found knowledge with the clients he began his initial teaching journey with.
