Set in a beautiful Gold Coast hinterland setting, Michelle Cassidy will guide you on a journey.

730am-9am Vinyasa Yoga
9am-930am Break
9.30am-12noon Philosophy of Meditation, Practical tools & techniques to lead the practitioner into a state of meditation
11.30am-12noon Break
1230pm-230pm Yin Yoga leading into Meditation
2.30pm-3pm Closing Circle

What to bring:
A pen, comfortable clothes, lunch, drink.

What you’ll receive:
A detailed booklet on different meditation tools & techniques.

* suitable for all ages & abilities, no experience required in either yoga or meditation.
