Yoga is for everyone, but kids love it more than anyone as it provides them with a FUN, non-competitive and nurturing space to explore their bodies!
Let Brie take you and your child on a Yoga journey, teach them self-calming breathing techniques and have lots of fun connecting with you and others along the way.
This 45 minute class will give you some tools and practices to take home and use together to build strength, flexibility and create calm. This workshop finishes with a relaxing Guided Meditation.
