Release and Indemnity to the Recreational Activity Provider

In consideration of my application for participating in the education and activities provided by ESSENCE OF LIVING ACADEMY (in the extent that the same may be precluded by statue), I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY the education / recreational provider as follows:

I participate in the education / activity at my own risk and responsibility.
I release, indemnify and hold harmless the education / recreational activity provider, its servants and agents from and against all and actions or claims that may be made by me or on my behalf by other parties in respect of or occurring from any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever or any liability that results from the breach of an express or applied warrant that the education / recreational services or activity will be rendered with reasonable care or skill.
In the event that I am injured, or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Educational and Recreational Activity Provider in respect of the injury or damage.

By agreeing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all content and know that it affects my legal rights.

50hr Patanjali In-Person Course May 2022

The Essence of Living Patanjali (50hr) Course allows you to dive deeper into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali. You will unpack them, dissect them & understand them with the guidance of a teacher. Over five days, you can loose yourself in the wisdom of the sages with like minded lovers of ancient philosophy.

COURSE OUTLINE

Includes the study of Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, 196 Sutras compiled into four chapters;

- Samadhi Pada
- Sadhana Pada
- Vibhuti Pada
- Kaivalya Pada

and how to intellectualize and then integrate these ancient teachings into a practical and useful system for life.

ASSESSMENT

In order to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to be able to share the philosophy, there are a number of assessments required as part of the course, which you have 6-months to complete

4 x 500-word reflective essays on each chapter of the Yoga Sutras and what they mean to YOU.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Students will be eligible to receive a 50-hour certification upon completion of all course work. This certificate can be used towards a 300hr yoga teacher training or as continuous education credits.
