Release and Indemnity to the Recreational Activity Provider

In consideration of my application for participating in the education and activities provided by ESSENCE OF LIVING ACADEMY (in the extent that the same may be precluded by statue), I ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY the education / recreational provider as follows:

I participate in the education / activity at my own risk and responsibility.
I release, indemnify and hold harmless the education / recreational activity provider, its servants and agents from and against all and actions or claims that may be made by me or on my behalf by other parties in respect of or occurring from any injury, loss, damage or death caused to me or my property whether by negligence, breach of contract or in any way whatsoever or any liability that results from the breach of an express or applied warrant that the education / recreational services or activity will be rendered with reasonable care or skill.
In the event that I am injured, or my property is damaged, I will bring no claim, legal or otherwise, against the Educational and Recreational Activity Provider in respect of the injury or damage.

By agreeing, I acknowledge that I have read and understood all content and know that it affects my legal rights.

Course Assessment

In order to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to be able to share the philosophy, there are a number of assessments required as a part of the course.

  • 24 x online modules to complete
  • 7 x online quizzes
  • 1000 word reflective essay on ‘The History of Yoga’ - a personal reflection of the course learnings

WHAT TO EXPECT

  • There are 24 modules in total to work through systematically step by step and at the end of each module you will have an assessment task to complete in order to unlock the next module. You have 6 months to complete the content.
  • Monthly Q&A thread on Facebook where Michelle will answer your questions on video on the last Sunday of every month.
  • Students will be eligible to receive a 25-hour certification upon completion of all course work. This certificate can be used towards a 200hr yoga teacher training or as continuous education credits.
  • Students will also receive 2-weeks free access to EOL TV. If you don't have an account with us through Mindbody, please download the Essence of Living app and register so our staff can grant this access to you.
