The Essence of Living Roll & Release (25hr) Course provides two weeks dedicated to gaining a deeper understanding of anatomy and physiology and how to utilise trigger point balls and a yoga block to facilitate ‘myofascial release.’
This course is designed so that by the end you have enough understanding and confidence to run a ‘roll and release’ style class and/or incorporate this methodology into private sessions with your clients. This will build on your understanding gained through either a Yoga or Pilates teacher training courses, but is also open to general practitioners.

ASSESSMENT
In order to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to be able to share the philosophy, there are a number of assessments required as a part of the course.
- 6 x online modules to complete
- 6 x online quizzes
- Plan, prepare 1hr Roll & Release class
- Create client screening form
- 500 word reflective essay: The Roll Model by Jill Miller
WHAT TO EXPECT
During this 2-week delivery you will be given course content to read through and watch through every Monday in your email.
You will be given 6 modules in total to work through systematically step by step and at the end of each module you will have an assessment task to complete in order to unlock the next module.
Students will be eligible to receive a 25-hour certification upon completion of all course work. This certificate can be used towards a 300hr yoga teacher training or as continuous education credits.
