Michelle’s overnight breakfast recipe

I was never a big fan of breakfast, in fact I’d probably only have a protein shake to start my day. Enter my secret weapon, dietician and nutritionist Mark Robinson from Team 360. Mark has changed how I view breakfast and it’s now my absolute favourite meal of the day.

This recipe is most of the reason why I now love to eat breakfast so I wanted to share it with you all.

You can learn from Mark too!

We’re so lucky to have Mark on board for the next round of Body Buddhaful. As a part of the challenge, he is offering each participant a personalised eating plan and two consultations.

Sit down with Mark at weeks one and 12 to discuss your goals and lifestyle and to devise a plan fully customised to YOU! Includes a shopping list to make things easy as possible plus nutritional education.

1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use EzyProtein)

250mL unsweetened almond milk
