Yoga Aroma: Build the Joy

Ideas for using Cheer

  • Apply to a car diffuser (or just a cotton ball in the car!) to experience the effects of Cheer while driving
  • Put a few drops in your hands, rub together and inhale for an instant joy-bomb
  • Diffuse in the mornings to set the tone for the day and use a roll on during the day to keep negative emotions at bay

  • Dancer’s pose – a big and dynamic pose to make you feel alive.
