Combining her previous experience as a Social Worker, Degrees in Sociology and Science as well as Yin Certification through Essence of Living, she brings her own unique experience to the workshop. Having been diagnosed General Anxiety Disorder at the age of 14, expect her to come with an understanding and an open heart to help others who are struggling with the battle of the mind.
