Too old for Kids Yoga and not yet ready to do an adults class where they practice in silence for an hour? This is the perfect space for you to explore mindful movement, gain strength and flexibility and learn some relaxation and meditation tools to help keep you calm in those challenging situations in life. This class is a non-competitive and very welcoming space for you to make friends, discover new ways to move your body and how to use your breath effectively, leaving you feeling amazing in both your body and mind.
