I was never a big fan of breakfast, in fact I’d probably only have a protein shake to start my day. Enter my secret weapon, dietician and nutritionist Mark Robinson from Team 360. Mark has changed how I view breakfast and it’s now my absolute favourite meal of the day.
This recipe is most of the reason why I now love to eat breakfast so I wanted to share it with you all.

Michelle’s Overnight Chocolate Delight
1/4 cup oats
1 tbsp cocoa (you can have less, but I LOVE cocoa!)
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin kernels
1 tbsp sunflower kernels
1 tbsp LSA (linseed, sunflower seeds and almonds)
1 scoop vegan vanilla protein powder (I use EzyProtein)
250mL unsweetened almond milk
– Mix oats and kernels in bowl
– Add protein powder, milk, chia seeds, LSA in a shaker and shake until an even consistency
– Pour contents from shaker into bowl and put in the fridge overnight.
– Enjoy the crunchy chocolate sensation in your mouth the next morning!
